This is an application for meeting space, and has not been confirmed. All events must receive approval from the Heart Rhythm Society Meetings Department.

All requests must be accompanied by administrative fee, payable by credit card at the time the application is submitted. The administrative fee is not associated with any fees the venue may levy.

SUMMARY OF INDUSTRY MEETINGS

Industry Meeting rules and regulations apply to all companies and their representatives who are responsible for complying with the guidelines when executing events from April 24-27, 2025. These events are not considered part of the Heart Rhythm 2025 as planned by the Heart Rhythm Society Program Committee.

APPLICATION TIMELINE

Dates	Application Process
November, 2024	Function space requests becomes available to all.
Wednesday, March 19^th, 2025	Applications received after Wednesday, March 19^th, 2025 will incur a $200 late fee.
The application website will remain open through Monday, April 21. Space is allocated on a rolling basis, please apply early for best space consideration.
