To begin your group registration, please enter the name and address of your Institution or Organization and the name of the main contact for the group. Note that the contact will NOT be registered to attend TESOL, the information will be stored for administrative purposes only.

 The group contact will be responsible for registering ALL members of the group. You will need at least five (5) registrations to start the group registration. You can add more registrants to your group throughout the registration period. Payment can be received in full for the group or individually for each group member.

Registration and Payment Methods

Please read all instructions and policies carefully before registering for the TESOL International Convention and English Language Expo. By completing registration for the convention, you consent to abide by the policies outlined below. Any questions about policies should be addressed to the TESOL Central Office at conventions@tesol.org.  TESOL offers registration online. Because of potential errors in credit card transcription, TESOL does not offer registration by phone. TESOL accepts VISA, MasterCard, and American Express.

Group Registration option

A group is five or more registrants from the same institution. Price is for each group member. You will need at least five (5) registrations to start the group registration. You can add more registrants to your group throughout the registration period. Payment can be received in full for the group or individually for each group member. Registrations that do not meet the criteria will be adjusted to the full registration rate as of 15 February 2024.

Purchase Orders

Purchase orders will be accepted if submitted by 15 February 2024. All purchase orders will be invoiced within one week of receipt; full payment must be received by 1 April 2024. Please click here to view the purchase order policies

Confirmation

Registration confirmations will be issued within 2–3 business days of receipt of your registration. Attendees who provide valid e-mail addresses will receive their confirmation via e-mail. If you do not receive confirmation, please contact Showcare Event Solutions via phone at +1 (866) 654-4049 (U.S. and Canada) or +1 (514) 380-9364 (international), or e-mail at TESOL@Showcare.com. Please do not contact the TESOL Central Office to confirm your registration. TESOL Central Office does not manage the registration files.

Cancellations and Refunds

You must request a refund in writing, and it must be received by 1 March 2024 for in-person convention or 23 March 2024 for virtual convention.  No refund will be granted after 1 March 2024 for in-person convention or 23 March 2024 for virtual convention.

Fees for the following are nonrefundable:

  • Preconvention Institutes (PCIs)
  • Graduate Student Forum
  • TESOL Membership dues

    Consent to Use of Photographic Images

    Registration and attendance at, or participation in, TESOL meetings and other activities constitutes an agreement by the registrant to TESOL's use and distribution (both now and in the future) of the registrant or attendee's image or voice in photographs, videotapes, electronic reproductions and audiotapes of such events and activities.
